On September 6th 2006 12-2pm (P160 Kingswood campus) the JAUWS will play host to the Australian premiere of “Broken Saints”; an award winning, partially animated, Flash animated film series by Brooke Burgess, Ian Kirby and Andrew West. First published in 2001, it is a hybrid of the comic and animation art forms that its creators refer to as a “cinematic novel.”. To coincide with this exciting screening we will be giving away three copies of the entire 24-chapter serial on DVD to lucky screening attendees. In addition, our Annual General Meeting will also take place on this day, followed the ultimate action-vampire anime indulgence; the Hellsing Ultimate OAV.
